Sales Head (B2B)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head (B2B) to lead our sales operations in the Home and Kitchen Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and channel sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the B2B sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies across assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to senior management
