HR Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to head our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Factory HR Operations at Cloudology Kitchenlabs Private Limited. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions within a manufacturing/production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage factory HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the right talent across departments
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Ensure timely statutory compliance — PF, ESI, labor audits, etc.

Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Pay Type: Fixed Only
• Additional Perks: Flexible Working Hours, Provident Fund (PF)
