Event / Fleet Logistics Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an organized and experienced Event / Fleet Logistics Manager to oversee event coordination and fleet management operations at Cloudology Kitchenlabs Private Limited. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of events while managing the company’s fleet efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, exhibitions, and product launches end-to-end
• Manage fleet operations including scheduling, routing, and maintenance of company vehicles
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely delivery and setup
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and driver schedules
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and vehicle documentation requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to align event logistics with business objectives
• Maintain records of fleet usage, event budgets, and logistics expenses
• Handle on-ground troubleshooting during events and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Pay Type: Fixed Only
• Additional Perks: Annual Bonus, PF, Health Insurance
